On leaving boat, keep sea on right hand side of car.

Drive along Promenade, continue past the sefton hotel and the gaiety theatre.

Get into left hand filter lane, and turn left past villa marina, at the traffic lights.

Take first right at next traffic lights, on to Victoria Road.

Continue to end of road, and at round-a-bout, turn right (go straight over first mini round-a-bout at super market).

Turn left at next round-a-bout.

Turn left at the round-a-bout on to the Mountain road (A18).

Continue on this road for a few miles, taking the 3rd left turn. This is at the point a foot bridge crosses over the road, tram tracks are embedded in the road, and there is a bike museum just in sight. The road you turn on to is signed towards Sulby (A14).

Continue on this road, after a few miles, you will go round two hair pin bends, followed by a converted Chapel on the left, and a tea room on the right. Continue down the glen.
Killeabraegga is the next house on the left side of the road. It has a double garage just before the house.
